Owned by highly regarded maintenance specialist, Rob Ryle, MMP supplies a range of skilled and experienced mining and maintenance personnel, including tradespersons, operators and labourers.

A heavy duty diesel mechanic by trade, MMP’s Managing Director, Rob Ryle has more than 20 years’ experience as a maintenance tradesperson. He has worked in both open cut and underground mining, and he knows what’s involved in all aspects of mining and maintenance work.

Before starting in 2010, in what is now his own business, Rob managed a mobile mining equipment hire and sales business. His well-rounded experience and his strong communication skills enable him to quickly understand his clients’ needs, and recruit the right people for the job.

We only employ good, honest and hard working people. Our team consists of both Indigenous and non-Indigenous people – we strive to employ Indigenous people where possible, however our priority is always employing the best candidates for the job.

We also try and help young tradesmen with limited experience to get their foot in the door – guiding them and giving them opportunities to learn. This is a win for the industry as well as the young people themselves.
